| Meet the Playhouse Team |
Laura - Owner/Manager
Looking for a career change, Laura wanted to do something that
made her smile everyday and make a difference in the dog world.
After 5 years of learning dog behavior and play styles, she opened
Playhouse 4 Paws in 2006. Providing a place for dogs to run and
play, learn good manners, and go home happy is her goal - recess
for dogs. She says there is nothing better than a
socially-challenged dog starting daycare, then blossoming into a
wonderful doggie playmate! Laura is also a Certified Pet Care
Technician, certified through ABKA, the American Boarding Kennel
Association.
Kay - Financial Officer
Kay is the behind-the-scenes brains of the business. She
keeps everything running smooth and on-track!
Caroline -Daycare Assistant
Caroline loves the big dogs and enjoys keeping them in-line!
She does a great job when they get too rambunctious.
Kelsey - Daycare Assistant
Kelsey loves all our dogs and has a few that worship her! She
enjoys taking pictures of the dogs playing at the Playhouse.
Her dog, Gracie is a Chihuahua mix and loves going to work
with Mom.
Zack - Daycare Assistant
Zack enjoys coming to work - he thinks of it as playing with
the dogs...He loves cuddling with the dogs at nap time and can
be found with 3 or 4 big dogs draped over him.
Bridgette - Daycare Assistant
Bridgette loves all our dogs, but has a special place in her
heart for "smashies" (smash faced dogs). Her dog, Chloe is a
Japanese Chin who loves coming to play with Mom.
Samuel - Daycare Assistant
Sam is our newest pack member and enjoys playing ball with
all the dogs.

| Playhouse 4 Paws opened in 2006 to serve the Salem and surrounding areas. Originally opening as a dog daycare, the Playhouse recently moved to a larger facility to offer overnight boarding and other services to pampered pooches. Playhouse 4 Paws is Salem's largest indoor-outdoor dog daycare offering 6,000 sf of indoor space with 1,800 sf outdoors, expanding to 20,000 sf in the future. |
